Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans are monthly unless you choose a longer term for a better price. Your data and accounts stay yours, and leaving is easy.
What does “support time included” mean?
Each plan includes a set amount of hands-on help every month. Most months, most clients never reach it — and if you get close, we tell you before anything extra is billed.
Can you take over our existing website?
Yes. We move your DNS to Cloudflare, migrate the site, set up SSL and backups, and keep the old one running until the new one is checked.
